The rooms are renovated and have a lot of conveniences. Notably, the rooms have a lot of plugs so if you need to charge anything, there should be enough plugs for you to use. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was very clean with the shower curtains themselves being obviously designed to be easily taken apart and cleaned by staff. Furniture and overall design was modern with wood-wrapping desks and lots of warm LEDs. Breakfast was fairly standard but exceptional in the sense the food tasted well and was a good meal to have the morning with a lot of options. Location-wise, the hotel is fairly good if you're planning on using the Montreal Metro to get into the city. Highway access was fairly good, directly accessing a side-road that easily led to the highway.
They had a very clean and comfortable room and the selection for breakfast was excellent!!

The room wasn’t clean at all, I’ve found e human hair in the shower, uses toilet paper in the toilet bowl, human hair in the bed sheets etc It was disgusting It

Trying to be objective and writing this review after the heat of the moment (one week after), I would say I didn't like anything. Unfortunately, it was one detail after another.

No welcome at the entrance...not even a sign or smile while waiting my turn and they were 2x clerks talking together. Your employee at breakfast was very welcoming and great services. Food was good!
